Because of EMCO /FMCO in Malaysia happening some places cannot do the activities for running or cycling our Company decided to extend you can submit your results before 31th December 2021.
OR
If you want to send your results before 15th August we also can accepted for Virtual Run 10km can reduce to 1Km/1500 step walk only or virtual Ride 100KM also can reduce to 5KM only (Result can combine in multiple run or multiple cycling) You may use your any run app, treadmill and cycling app to record your results.
