RULES & REGULATIONS

• Understanding all relevant information about groups, age range, deadlines, fee, participating rules & regulations of De'Emcee National Creative Speech Contest 2021.
• Preparing ORIGINAL WORK speeches and artwork from the contestant.
• Recording of speeches should follow the recirding format above.
• Paying Participation fee of RM45 per contestant to DeEmcee.(Not refundable).
• Previous Top 3 Winners of De'Emcee National ONline ENglish Contest is not eligible to join. However, previous Top 3 winners of De'Emcee National Online Mandarin Contest is eligible to join.
• Submitting audition video to your personal wall with given caption, data, time and copy link send to Ms Jojo 016-9696852(Whatsapp).
• ARTWORK is needed for all speeches(Drawing, painting, sketching, craft).
• The organizer has the authority to save all videos and remain it on De'Emcee Official Facebook page.
• The organizer reserves the final decision of the result.
• Timer will end at your last word. (Time will be deducted if time is exceeded)
