- Color and design requests is not allowed.
- Sold items cannot be exchanged.
- Upon purchase, your order will be ship within 1 - 7 working days for West MY; 1-14 working days for East MY. Please refer Shipping Policy.
- Delivery of parcel will be mailed directly to the registered "Shipping address" provided by the buyer during online purchase. Please provide an accurate mailing address. Any additional cost incurred due to the return of parcel from POS or failure to deliver are to be borne by the buyer.
- In case buyer would like to make an address change once purchase has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred.
- If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the parcel due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by buyer.
- The Seller (Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) reserves the right to make changes to the product details without prior notice.
- By placing order from us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipment processing time for all orders are processed within 1-7 business days for West Malaysia and 1-14 days within East Malaysia. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Buyer order, Aeon Fantasy Malaysia will notify Buyer via email or telephone.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
a) Application for the Return of Aeon Fantasy Malaysia Merchandise Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the merchandise in the following circumstances:
• The Merchandise has not been received by Buyer;
• The Merchandise was defective, wrong and/or damaged on delivery
Buyer’s refund application must be submitted via email to Ticket2u ([email protected]).
Please note that, if required by Aeon Fantasy Malaysia, Buyer must ship the Merchandise to a location designated by Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) within fourteen (14) calendar days after the return request is raised.
The approval of Buyer request for refund and return will be made by Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) in its sole discretion. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Aeon Fantasy Malaysia decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against Aeon Fantasy Malaysia or its affiliates in relation to such decision.
b) Condition of Returning Merchandise
To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Merchandise, Buyer should ensure that the Merchandise, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Merchandise, must be returned to Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. Buyer required to take a photo of the Merchandise upon receipt.
c) Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) end (i.e - damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) will bear buyer's return shipping fee.
d) Refunds
I. When Ticket2u receives an application from Buyer for the return of the Merchandise and/or refund, Ticket2u will notify Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) in writing.
II. Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) may respond to Buyer’s application according to the steps provided by Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) to Ticket2u in the written notification.
III. Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) must respond within 3 to 7 working days after received Buyer refund application.
IV. Investigation and judgement proceed shall be proceed within 30 working days after Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) has received returned Merchandise from Buyer.
V. Buyer will only be refunded after Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) has received the details confirmation from Buyer and completion of investigation and judgement procedure and Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) has received the returned Merchandise.
VI. For amount refund, refund will be made by Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) after completion of investigation procedure and received detail confirmation of Buyer within 14 days. In case of further extension, Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) shall notify Buyer.
VII. The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.
VIII. For merchandise refund, refund will be made by Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) within 14 days after investigation and judgement procedure has been finalised and completed depending on merchandise stock availability. Seller(Aeon Fantasy Malaysia) shall notify Buyer in case need further extension.
