1. This voucher/e-ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only.

2. The voucher/e-ticket can be redeemed at (delivery can be arranged in Penang Island but subject to delivery charges according to location. Delievery charges ranges from RM5 to RM14 and delivery from Bayan Lepas to Tg Tokong. Vouchers/ e-tickets can be used for delivery charges)
