1. Rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR)and are inclusive of 6% Service Tax and 10% Service Charge.
2. A Heritage Tax RM 2.00 per unit per night will be charges upon check. A Tourism Tax RM10 per unit per night will be charges upon check-in (For Non-Malaysian Only).
3. Check-in time is from 16:00hrs and check-out time by 12:00hrs
4.The above packages is excluded Theme  Park.
5. All guaranteed booking with prepayment by a valid credit card are non-refundable.
6. Postponed / Amendment of booking must notify by email to [email protected] at least 3 days prior to arrival and must ensure received acknowledged receipt by A'Famosa Reservation Department. No entertained in the event of No Show or last minute amendment.
7. No verbal amendment will be accepted.
08. One time postponed of date is allowed within 3 months of the original booking date (Subject to room availability. Any extra payment/surcharge will be charged upon arrival.
09. Cooking and BBQ are not allowed. Falling to do so a RM500 penalty will be charged.
10. No Pets are allowed in room.
11. Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in.
12. We will only accept guests who are fully vaccinated (double dosed with the approved vaccinations as per MKN's list and after a period of 14 days, prior to check in.

NOTE: Single dosed individuals will not be allowed to enter.
