• Ticket Sold are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysian (RM). All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification and your E-Ticket will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
• We recommend you to use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
• No cancellation or refund can be made once confirmed.
• Not valid with on-going promotions or discounts.
• You may show your E-Ticket through mobile at the ticketing counter to redeem your entry ticket.
• Business Hours are subject to change without prior notice
• Management has the right to amend the Terms & Condition without prior notice.
• Customers are compulsory to wear face mask before enter to Wise Lee Cruise.
• Customers with symptom of COVID-19 are prohibited to enter the Wise Lee Cruise.
• Customers are strictly to comply the SOP set by Wise Lee Cruise in a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
• We will only accept guests who are fully vaccinated (double dosed with the approved vaccinations as per MKN's list and after a period of 14 days, prior to check in.

  NOTE: Single dosed individuals will not be allowed to enter.
