Event Description

The main objective of this event is to foster healthy lifestyles through running and cycling. During this pandemic, hopefully it can create balance in terms of physical and mental health. Participant can choose either to RUN or BIKE.

Rules and Regulations

Race entry 

1. You must agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of RUN and BIKE CHALLENGE 2021
2. You are prohibited from transferring, swapping, selling, or offering to sell the participation place in this event.
3. You are advised to be 18 years of age or older on the date of the run to enter the run, unless you have the permission of your guardian.

Race entry fees and cancellation 

1. All entry fees are non-refundable unless backed by valid and supported reasons. 

Participation is at your own risk 

1. You must take responsibility for ensuring that you have undertaken any necessary safety precautions and training to participate in this event. Entry and participation in this run are at your own risk.
2. You warrant to us that you will be on the date of the run, sufficiently fit and healthy to participate in the run unaided and in accordance with the Agreement. If you are in any doubt we recommend that you seek medical advice. 

Race completion 

1. You will be treated as having completed the run if you submit the required evidence of your completion of the run to us by the date specified. Any question as to whether sufficient evidence is provided will be determined solely at our discretion.
2. We will send the entitlements to each participant who provides the required evidence of completion in accordance with clause 1. Entitlements are sent by post within 30 working days of the deadline for completing the run to the address provided by you during the entry process. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address and any other details are correct and we will not be responsible or liable to you if these details are incorrect.
3. If we failed to receive your evidence by the date specified, you will not receive the entitlements.
4. In case of failure of completion, participants will not be entitled to receive the entitlements. Unless the failure is backed by valid and supported reasons, no refunds of the fee shall be made.
