• Your "Preferred Visit Date" is not FINAL. Ticket2U will contact you to check the availability of the final visit date. Please provide us your "Preferred Visit Date" at the check out page. Allow a maximum of 48 hours (during working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am -6pm) for generate e-ticket(QR) and send it to you UPON completion of your ticket purchase online.
• If you didn't receive your QR Code (E-ticket), kindly contact us via email to [email protected] 
• Order received after 6pm will be processed the next day before 12.00pm.
• Gentle Reminder: 
• 1 Kindly verify your date of visit and ticket quantity before payment. 
• 2. All tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after payment. 
• 3. Socks are compulsory for all guests (kids & adults), and grip socks are highly recommended.

• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
• We recommend you to use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
• MyKad or MyKid must be presented at the attraction ticket counter for purchase of Malaysian – with MyKad type tickets
• You may show your E-Ticket through mobile (QR code must be scannable) or print out with a clear QR code at the ticketing counter to redeem your entry wristband.
• Re-Entry Policy 
  a. Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors’ wristbands will be removed upon exit.
  b. All wristbands are only allowed entry only on the date of purchase.
  c. All tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Cancellation / “No Show” Charges 
  a. Sunway Lost World of Tambun reserves the right to impose charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the  event of any last minute cancellation / “no show” on the day of arrival once a reservation has been  confirmed.

• Additional Information

  • Children aged 0-11 must be supervised at all times
  • Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
  • The management of Sunway Lagoon will take strict action against anyone found reselling Sunway Lost World of Tambun tickets or wristbands
  • A maximum number of 10 tickets is allowed per traveling group. If you book more than 10 tickets per group, you will risk having your ticket rejected at the counter

• Prohibitions & Limitations

  • Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• Sunway Lost World of Tambun Management reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete or add to the stated terms and conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Sunway Lost World of Tambun management has the right to amend the Terms & Condition without prior notice.
