How to upload Virtual Run Result

Step 1: Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/virtual-track/26338 

Step 2: click on <Upload virtual ride Results> 

Step 3: Key in your <Ticket Number>

NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code. Refer to image below.

Step 4:  Upload your screenshot of your running proved, insert your distance then submit. If you have completed your distance, system will show 100% and hooray!

Terms and conditions

1. Golden Jubilee Fun Ride 2022 is jointly organised by Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti  Malaya and Persatuan Alumni Universiti Malaya (“Organiser”) in conjunction with the Golden Jubilee Celebration of the faculty.
2. The virtual bicycle ride is open to all regardless of gender and age.
3. The purpose of this virtual bicycle ride is to:
   a)Commemorate the 50^th anniversary of Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti Malaya
   b)Raise funds to improve the faculty’s infrastructure
4. The registration for this event begins on 20 January 22 until 30 April 22. This is an accumulative bicycle ride where participants can either ride for:
   a) 25km (to be completed within 1 week), or
   b) 60km (to be completed within 2 weeks), or
   c) 100km (to be completed within 4 weeks)
5. All participants are to ensure that all information submitted for the purpose of the registration is complete and accurate.
6. Your participation is only CONFIRMED when payment of the registration fees is successfully made to Ticket2U.com.my.
7. By confirmation of payment, the participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Organiser.
8. All entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE, REFUNDABLE NOR DEFERRABLE.
9. Upon confirmation of participation, changes to the category or other details will not be entertained.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.
11. Participants are encouraged to post photos onto their Instagram or Facebook accounts along with the following hashtags: #UMDentalGoldenJubilee OR #GoldenJubileeFunRide. Tag us to tell us about your virtual run experience.
12. Entitlement (medal and/or t-shirt) will be shipped to participants within 4 weeks after the campaign ended via courier by the Organiser.
13. In the event that the total medal order were less than the pre-determined minimum, the Organiser may not proceed with printing of medals and hence will refund the medal cost to the participants.
14. Entitlements will be shipped directly to the registered mailing address provided by the participant during registration. Please provide an accurate mailing address. Any additional cost incurred due to the return of parcel from the courier company or failure to deliver are to be borne by the participant.
15. In the case where participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, additional charges will be incurred.
16. The T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
17. If there is a return of parcel during the shipment of entitlement due to whatever reason, upon request, the Organiser will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
18. For those participants requested for self-collection, the date for collection is ONLY on 14 May 2022 (Saturday) from 9am till 12pm (t-shirt only).
19. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the participant.
20. If the participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organiser has grounds to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organiser may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the participant's registration for the event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
21. The Organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
22. Submission of the evidence/result (screenshot of kilometre achieved) of the bicycle ride must be done before 30 April 2022 onto the Ticket2U platform.
23. The participants can download the e-certificate from the Ticket2U platform upon completion of the bicycle ride.
24. The registered parties affirm that they have read, understood and fully agreed to the terms and waiver, and they will give up substantial rights, including the rights to sue and to release all liability to the greatest extend allowed by law.

WAIVER EVENT

In consideration of the Organiser accepting this entry, and the registration to participate in the Event, the rider hereby waive and release any and all rights to claims for damages that the rider may have against the Organiser for holding this Event, their agents, representatives, successors, assigns, sponsors for any and all injuries, death and damage that the rider may sustain before, during or after the course of the Event or arising as a result of it. The rider hereby indemnify the Organiser and keep them indemnified and waived against all claims or damages that arise in consequence of the above.
