• Tickets are for personal use only.
• Booking within 24 hours will NOT be entertained.
  
• NO REFUND will be entertained due to inclement weather, natural disaster and/or force majeure
• All tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Not valid with any other ongoing offers, discounts, events and/or promotion.
• NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE DATE will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
• We allow outside foods & beverages.
• It is a condition of entry that visitors agreed to be bound by all rules and regulations displayed at Taman Buaya & Rekreasi Melaka.
• The owner of Taman Buaya & Rekreasi Melaka and the management shall be under no circumstances be held liable for any injuries, death and/or loss of damage to property however caused.
• All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysian (RM). All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification and your E-Ticket will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
• We recommend you to use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
• MyKad or MyKid must be presented at the attraction ticket counter for purchase of Malaysian – with MyKad type tickets
• You may show your E-Ticket through mobile (QR code must be scannable) or print out with a clear QR code at the ticketing counter to redeem your entry wristband.

  • Children aged 5-12 must be supervised at all times
  • Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
  • Kindly note that there is a charge to switch from a local Malaysian ticket to a foreign national ticket for wrong purchases
