  • Each e-ticket(s) services package valid for 1 (one) single person redemption only. Any exceeding payment are to be borne by the customer.
  • The service is by appointment only in compliance to SOP. Please make booking at least 1 day in advance
  • Not valid with other on-going promotions.
  • Upon Purchased are non-refundable.
  • No entertained in the event of No Show or last minute amendment.
  • No verbal amendment will be accepted.
  • One time postponed of date is allowed within 3 months of the original booking date (Subject to room availability. Any extra payment/surcharge will be charged upon arrival.
