ELIGIBILITY
All Participants MUST be fully vaccinated, with all vaccines approved by Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM). The Organiser has the rights to request for Participants’ MySejahtera Digital Certificate for COVID-19 at least 7 days prior to departure date, as well as checking Participants’ MySejahtera status upon departure.
REGISTRATION
All entries are not transferable, refundable nor deferrable. If the information provided by Participant that are untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organiser has grounds to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organiser may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded. The Organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.

ENTITLEMENTS
The T-Shirt size allocation is strictly based on the size selected by the Participant during registration, and any request for size change will not be entertained.
PAYMENT
100% of the Tour’s cost will be required upon booking. All payments are to be made online via the official booking site.
AMENDMENT OF DETAILS
Amendment to the Participants’ details must be notified to the Organiser in writing at least 21 days before the departure date. The amendment is subject to approval by the Organiser.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation is not allowed EXCEPT for COVID-19 related reasons only, including but not limited to Participants tested positive for COVID-19, identified as having CLOSED CONTACT with a confirmed case of COVID-19 and identified as having CASUAL CONTACT with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION BY US
While we will use our best endeavours to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to change any of the facilities, service, prices, or itineraries described there. No compensation will be paid for alterations or cancellations caused by changes or cancellations to schedules by stakeholders, the number of people who has booked is less than that required for the tour package or any “Force Majeure”. “Force Majeure” includes (but are not limited to) war, threat of war, riot. Civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics or health risk, level of water in river, technical or maintenance problems with transport, closed or congested airport or ports, unforeseen operational decision of air carriers or any unforeseen or unavoidable event beyond our control.
EXTENSION OF STAY
Extension of stay after the end of the tour is permitted. All additional costs including but not limited to accommodation, transportation and food & beverages for the extended stay will not be provided and/or covered by the Organiser.
DELAYS
The timing of road, sea or rail departures is estimates only. The Organiser cannot be held liable or accept any liability for any delay on whether the cancellation or delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, rescheduling by a third party service provider, transport authority, mechanical breakdown or industrial action. Where long delays result in lost Tour’s time, no refunds are given by hotels or service providers.
TOUR SAFETY
All Participants must bring their own cycling gear including lights. During the ride, all Participants are required to follow the rules, law and cycling etiquette. All Participants are required to conduct themselves in a civil manner and abide by all applicable vehicle codes, laws, and regulations. All Participants are required to respect local customs with regards to decorum. All Participants must respect the environment and your eco-friendly behaviours will be very much appreciated by all levels of communities.
TOUR LEAD
A team of experienced manpower resources will be provided by the Organiser to ensure Participants’ safety and experience throughout the Tour.
MAXIMUM HEADCOUNT
The maximum number of Participants for each Tour is limited at 100 persons.
TOUR LEADERS
You agree to accept the authority and decisions of the Tour Leaders throughout the Tour. Tour Leaders have the absolute rights to remove any Participant who may act and/or speak in a manner that may jeopardise the safety of other Participants, either physically or mentally. The Organiser cannot be held liable or accept any liability removing the said Participant. Additional costs arisen from this, including but not limited to accommodation and transportation, cannot be claimed from the Organiser.
IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
It is the Participants’ responsibilities to carry the original copy of their identification documentation for the entire Tour. The Organiser cannot be held liable should Participants are being rejected entry into any venue planned for the Tour.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is the Participants’ responsibilities to purchase travel, sports, personal accident and/or medical insurance coverage.
COVID-19 SELF-TEST
All Participants are required to perform COVID-19 self-test (at own cost) and ensure a negative result within 24-hours prior to departure time, using either a RT-PCR, RTK Antigen or saliva test kit. The Organiser will also provide and require all Participants to perform one COVID-19 test upon departure.
MISBEHAVIOUR
The Organiser have the rights to dismiss any participant who may cause harm to any other Participants, members of the public, private/public properties or any parts of the Tour.
