Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is open for all SEGi students only.
2. Participants may submit ONLY ONE artwork and follow as submission requirement.
3. Artwork submitted by the participant should be his/her own artwork and should not be copied from any online/offline platform. In case of any copyright issue occurring during or after the competition, the participant will be solely responsible.
4. Artwork that portray or include inappropriate and/or offensive elements are strictly prohibited and will be immediately discarded.
5. By entering this competition, each participant agrees to transfer, surrender his/her rights including moral rights, right of attribution, interest, title, claim, copyright, whatsoever, in terms of the Copyright Act to SEGi and shall not have any claim.
6. After submitted or nature in and to the work/design/creative (hereinafter referred to as Materials) and that all rights including profits/benefits/commercial value arising therefrom, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the SEGi in perpetuity.
7. By above covenants, SEGi Organizer has the right to redesign, produce, sell, display and publish the corresponding design.
8. The participant cannot share their artwork to the third party and not participate in other similar competitions within competition’s period.
9. Participant in compulsory to follow the required format before submitting. The logo for SEGi could be found in the the link here: SEGi Logo

- Participants need to scan the Artwork as PDF or JPEG or PNG or AI or PSD format at least 300 dpi (dots per inch).
- The size of thework paper is A4 (210mm X 297mm).
- Artwork must be within 20cm X28cm on the front of the T-shirt.
10. Participants are requested to keep track of the submission date and result announcements. After the submission deadline, no entries will be considered. Competition Timeline is subject to change based on casing production period.
11. Participants must purchase the free registration ticket first to complete the registration process.
12. All submission of the artwork (jpeg file, png file, ai file, psd. file, pdf file) must be submitted to [email protected] and after verified will post it on SEGi College Sarawak Facebook page.
13. Participants will receive notification via registered email for artwork posting in Facebook, invite friends and family to like the artwork and share the page start on 18th April 2022 – 24th April 2022 .
14. Participants with the most like & share will be selected as top 3 winners. TOP 1 winner will be chosen by judgers and the Artwork will be printed as merchandise and to be sold at SEGi.
15. The result announcement will be on 26th April 2022, 10.00 am if there is no other interruptions or unexpected matters.
16. SEGi reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. SEGi reserves the right at any time to replace any participant and/or winner subsequently found to be disqualified for any reason.
