• Menara Taming Sari(MTS) reserve rights to cancel the tickets purchase in wrong category
  Example: Foreigner to Local or Vice Versa.
• In case of tower closure due to technical interruption or etc, the validity of the ticket will be maximum extended for 6 months.
• All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification and your E-Ticket will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
• We recommend you to use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
• In order to redeem your ticket, please proceed to the attraction’s counters. You may show your E-Ticket through mobile (QR code must be scannable) or print out with a clear QR code at the ticketing counter to redeem your entry ticket.
• MyKad or MyKid must be presented at the attraction for purchase of Malaysian – with MyKad type tickets
• Identification card for age verification must be presented at the attraction for purchase of Children type tickets
• No cancellation or refund can be made once confirmed.
• Tickets are valid for one time entry only.
• Not valid with on-going promotions or discounts.
• Visiting Hours are subject to change without prior notice.
