Audiences must have completed at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Entry and access will be refused if not complete vaccine

On the day before the concert, audiences must conduct their own self-tests and take pictures as proof. The organizer will conduct random inspections, confirmed and symptomatic persons are not allowed to attend.

Audiences must turn their mobile phones to silent mode.

No outside food and drinks allowed. Food and drinks may only be bought at the concert venue.

CONCERT doors open at 9PM ; Last entry 9.30 PM.

One Ticket is for one attendee.

We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example performer’s changes). In these instances the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.

The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all tickets after they have been picked up, LOST or DAMAGED tickets will not be entertained.

No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.

The tickets may be collected at the ticket counter of the venue on the date of the event. Purchaser MUST present Ticket2U QR Code upon ticket collection.

The event organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.

We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at event.
