How to upload Virtual Run Result

Step 1: Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/27206

Step 2: click on <Upload Virtual Run Results>

Step 3: Key in your <Ticket Number>.

NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code. Refer to image below.

Step 4:  Upload your screenshot of your running proved, insert your distance then submit. If you have completed your distance, system will show 100% and hooray!

NOTE: Each run result distance can be accumulated. The run results upload must follow date & time sequence. Running date can be on same date with multiple run result, please enter the different time in sequence. Refer to image below as your reference.

How to download e-cert

Step 1: COMPLETE 100% YOUR CHALLENGE. Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/27206
NOTE: Incomplete challenge you are not entitled for download the e-certificate.

Step 2: Click on <E certificate> and key in your "Ticket Number".
NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code.

1.0 Race entry 
1.1 You must agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of HELLO QUOKKA Virtual Run/Walk.
1.2 You are prohibited from transferring, swapping, selling, or offering to sell the participation place in this event.
1.3 You are advised to be 18 years of age or older on the date of the run to enter the run, unless you have the permission of your guardian.
1.4 The entry closure is determined and announced on a pre-set date through Another Lap Facebook page. 

2.0 Race entry fees and cancellation 
2.1 All entry fees are non-refundable unless backed by valid and supported reasons. 

3.0 Participation is at your own risk 
3.1 You must take responsibility for ensuring that you have undertaken any necessary safety precautions and training to participate in this event. Entry and participation in this run are at your own risk.
3.2 You warrant to us that you will be on the date of the run, sufficiently fit and healthy to participate in the run unaided and in accordance with the Agreement. If you are in any doubt we recommend that you seek medical advice. 

4.0 Race completion 
4.1 You will be treated as having completed the run if you submit the required evidence of your completion of the run to us by the date specified. Any question as to whether sufficient evidence is provided will be determined solely at our discretion.
4.2 We will send the entitlements to each participant who provides the required evidence of completion in accordance with clause 4.1. Entitlements are sent by post within 20-30 working days of the deadline for completing the run to the address provided by you during the entry process. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address and any other details are correct and we will not be responsible or liable to you if these details are incorrect.
4.3 If we failed to receive your evidence by the date specified, you will not receive the entitlements.
4.4 In case of failure of completion, participants will not be entitled to receive the entitlements. Unless the failure is backed by valid and supported reasons, no refunds of the fee shall be made.
