What is The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway ?

 The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway is a children’s edutainment event open to children between ages 4 to 14 only to be held in Atria Shopping Gallery on 11 June 2022 (12.00 pm until 2.00 pm) at Ground Floor, Centre Court.

How To Enter?

1. Interested parent/guardian (“the Applicant”) is required to apply online by logging on to: http://www.ticket2u.com.my (“Website”) and complete the online registration form and make the necessary payments by 10 June 2022 (Friday) by 11.59 pm. All fields that are marked mandatory must be completed.
2. A payment of the relevant fee sum shall be made through the Website and proof of payment should be sent to [email protected] by 11.59 pm on 10 June 2022 whereby the fee sum for entering shall be in accordance to the list below (“the Fee”):

         RM50 for a single participant.(excluding 6% SST)

   3.  An application is deemed completed upon successful registration via the Website hereinafter referred to as “Completed Application”.             

  4.  Atria Shopping Gallery (“the Organiser”) has the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject any Completed Application without any 

        obligation to give any reason to the Applicant.

   5.   In the event any of the Completed Application is rejected, the Fee paid will be refunded to the Applicant within 21 days from the date of        

         notice of such rejection. 

   6.  No refund shall be made once the Completed Application is accepted by the Organiser save and except where expressly provided for herein 

       and no refund shall be made in the event of any no show during the event.

  7.  All registration forms shall be retained and shall be the property of the Organiser and shall be dealt with as the Organiser deems fit.

Terms of Participation

1. All participants are required to showcase their costume in “Rugged Looks” theme.
2. All participants are required to register their attendance at 10.30am and standby for rehearsal at 11.15am at the Ground Floor Centre Court of Atria Shopping Gallery on 11 June 2022.
3. All participants are required to adhere to the instructions given by the Organiser, its agent and/or representatives throughout The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway.
4. All participants are deemed to be fit and able to participate and/or complete The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway and where applicable, the Applicants shall be deemed to have consulted his/her medical practitioner on the medical condition of the participant(s) before applying for The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway. All special needs and/or special attention to be given to the participants shall be fully made known by the Applicant to the Organiser in writing before the commencement of The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway.
5. The cost of make-over, costume and transportation expenses must be borne by the Applicant.

Liability & Responsibility

1. The Applicant shall be responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided in the online registration form. The Organiser shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever to check and verify the information and/or consent so given.
2. The Applicant shall be responsible for the transportation of the participant before and after The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway.
3. While all reasonable care will be exercised by the Organiser throughout  The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway, the Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss and/or damages to the participant’s properties and/or injury caused to the participant. The Applicant expressly releases and holds the Organiser, their sponsors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any liability of whatsoever arising from and out of  The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway
4. The Applicant irrevocable and unconditionally indemnifies and keeps the Organiser, its sponsor, employees, agent and representatives from and against all losses the expenses suffered or incurred arising from any claim by any party arising from and out of  The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway.
5. The participant(s) shall be accompanied by a parent or guardian during  The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for the supervision and care of the participant(s) during  The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway .

Terms and Conditions of the Prizes

1. All prizes are presented to the winners on an “as is” basis and the Organizer shall not be responsible howsoever for the usability, suitability, warranty, quality and condition of the prizes.
2. The Organizer reserves the right at any time to substitute any of the prizes whether in whole or in part with another item of similar value without prior notice to the Applicants or the winners. 
3. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or any other benefit in kind. 
4. All winners shall abide and be bound by any conditions/warranties that are/may be imposed in respect of the receipt or use of the prizes.
5. Winners must be present personally to receive the prizes on 11 June 2022. Should the winner not be present to claim the prize after a count of three by the emcee, he/she will be disqualified and another winner for the same prize will be made subsequently.
6. Visuals of the prizes used in any advertisement, promotion and/or other materials relating to or in connection with The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway  are only for illustration purposes. 
7. The Organiser bears no responsibility to replace the prizes if it is damaged or stolen after receipt of the prizes by the winners. 

General Terms and Conditions 

1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions for  The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway as the Organiser deems fit and any amendments/variations will be made known by way of notice posted on the Atria Official Website (www.atria.com.my), Official Facebook Fans Page (fb.com/atriadj), email and such other form as the Organiser may decide and the Applicant is deemed to have due notice of the same. The Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such amendments/variations.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to postpone and/or cancel  The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway by way of notice posted on the Atria Official Website (www.atria.com.my), Official Facebook Fans Page (fb.com/atriadj), email and such other form as the Organiser may decide and the Applicant is deemed to have due notice of the same. In such event, the Organiser shall have the sole and absolute discretion whether or not to refund the Fees or any part thereof to the Applicants.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant the Organiser is of the sole opinion:-
   1. is physically unfit or appears to be unfit or incapable of continuing/completing  The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway.
   2. has been obstructing or is involved in acts of nuisance and/or aggression during  The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway and/or
   3. has not comply with any rules and regulations as may be set by the Organiser and/or their sponsors or agents from time to time during The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to use the names, photographs and video recordings taken before, during and after The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway for purposes of advertising and/or publicity without any prior notice to the Applicant and/or the participant and the Applicant and/or the participant shall not claim ownership or compensation for such materials.
5. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to  The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision will be entertained.
6. By participating in The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway the Applicant(s) and participant(s) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
7. The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway and these terms and conditions are bound by the laws of Malaysia. The Applicant(s) and participant(s) agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia over all matters arising from The Search of Atria Kids Fashion Runaway
