Explicit Eco Marine Sdn Bhd (1229334-A) is part of the Explicit Group of Companies and is the operator of Perdana Quay Eco Marine Theme Park (“the Theme Park”). We will provide services to you at the Theme Park subject to the following terms and conditions and ask that you please read them carefully. You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons participating under that reservation.
NO CANCELLATION, REFUND, OR TICKET EXCHANGE is allowed upon confirming the purchase of the Admission Tickets. The Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close the Theme Park (in part or in full), restrict the number of visitors, and cancel, modify and/or amend any activity without prior notice.
Terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the parties herein submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
1.1 Reservation Payment and Cancellation Terms
i) All reservations are non-refundable and full payment shall be made at the time of booking. Any request to change the reservation must be made 24 hours before the arrival time subject to availability and/or price change.
ii) Non-attendance shall be deemed as forfeiture of Reservations Payment.

You shall not impersonate and/or attempt to impersonate any other person by using the name, I.D, address, credit card information, e-mail address of any other person for any reason whatsoever, or forge a header or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origins of an e-mail and ticket entrance.
You will be requested to present your identification at the ticketing counter before entry. Any forged or impersonated identification of MyKad holder or Non MyKad holder may be denied entry to the Theme Park or shall be charged in accordance with the actual ticket price.
Payment(s) being made does not mean that your transaction has been accepted. We will only send confirmation via email for purchases that have been verified as genuine purchases.
You are encouraged to perform the online Ticket(s) booking payment in advance or seventy two (72) hours prior to your arrival date at Perdana Quay Eco Marine Park.
Ticket(s) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and can be used once only and no partial redemption is allowed. This Ticket(s) may not be resale and/or passed to any third party.
Unauthorized duplication and/or sale of this Ticket(s) will result in denial of entering the park.
Improper use or unauthorised use of this online ticketing booking procedure;
It is the Ticket(s) guest responsibility to check prior to purchase that the information supplied in respect of the Ticket(s) is accurate. If inaccurate information is supplied this may result in additional charges or voiding of the Ticket(s).
Perdana Quay Eco Marine Park reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from time to time for verification purpose.
Perdana Quay Eco Marine Park reserves the right not to honour any online sales transaction if we have reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent and if you have failed to provide accurate and complete information at the time of application.
Perdana Quay Eco Marine Park reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Eco Marine Park’s Ticketing Booking Service or any part thereof at any time without notice for any breach of terms and conditions.
