This is a physical event at Sunway Carnival Mall, Level 4, PECC exhibition and convention center.

The organizer encourages COVID self-test at home prior to attending this event.

Any symptomatic persons are not allowed to attend.

Audiences must turn their mobile phones to silent mode.

Show doors open 30 minutes before the concert commences.

Please kindly provide a valid email address for the purchase of every individual ticket that is made. (One ticket requires one valid email address is for one attendee).

Local and international university students will be prompted to upload their student metric or identification (ID) cards for verification purposes. Invalid, expired, or unverifiable student IDs will be subjected to nonstudent fees according to the conference fee structure. (If any)

We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example, performer’s changes). In these instances, the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.

The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all tickets after they have been picked up. LOST or DAMAGED tickets will not be entertained.

No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.

The event organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.

We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at the event.
