Butir- butiran Bumblebeee virtual run
1) The virtual run is open to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia.
2) There will be strictly no refund available to Participants.
3) Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their Event entry to another party.
The finisher’s entitlement will be delivered to the mailing address provided in the registration form.
If Participants would like to send it to a different mailing address besides their own, please enter his/her address during
registration.
4) In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will
be additional charges incurred
5) The Finisher's T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request
for size change will not be entertained.
6) All T-shirts measurement are subject to 0.5” tolerance.
7) If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request,
the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
8) Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
9) If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer
has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at
any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees
will not be refunded.
10) The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate
entry details in the registration form.
11) Submission of the result must be submitted anytime before 15 November 2022 (5pm).
12) The finisher entitlement will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the registration batch by batch
start from 20 november 2022.
13) The Organizer has the rights to request participant to top-up the amount if wrong ticket was selected during registration.
14) The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

Runner Entitlement

Participants will be entitled to a medal and lucky draw as long as they,
1. have their bil pinned on their shirt
2.completed the 5km run. 

As this is a fun run, the time taken to complete the run will not taken in. hence, participants may run at their own space.
Medal will be given ONLY to participants who have completed the run and crossed the finishing line.
Collection of medal on behalf of others(e.g: family members or friends) who are not able to run or attend will NOT be allowed under any circumstances.

How to upload Virtual Run Result

Step 1: Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/27826 

Step 2: click on <Upload Virtual Run Results>

Step 3: Key in your <Ticket Number>.

NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code. Refer to image below.

Step 4:  Upload your screenshot of your running proved, insert your distance then submit. If you have completed your distance, system will show 100% and hooray!

NOTE: Each run result distance can be accumulated. The run results upload must follow date & time sequence. Running date can be on same date with multiple run result, please enter the different time in sequence. Refer to image below as your reference.

5KM fun run is organized by the Manjung mascot services (“Organizer”) This running event is opened to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia.
The purpose of this fun run challenge is to encourage the participants to keep a healthy lifestyle in this new norm of pandemic situation
All participants are to ensure that all information submitted is complete and accurate.
The confirmation of participation is ONLY VALID when payment of the registration fees is successfully made to Ticket2U.com.my.
By confirmation of payment, the participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Organizer.
All entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE, REFUNDABLE NOR DEFERRABLE.
Upon confirmation of participation, change to the category or other details will not be entertained.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.
The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when a quota of this challenge is full.
Participants are encouraged to post photos onto Instagram or Facebook accounts along with the following hashtags: #bumblebeeefunrun. Tag us and share with us about your fun run experience.
Finisher medals and will be delivered to the participants once done the run. Please provide an accurate mailing address.

The Registered Parties affirm that they have read, understood and fully agreed to the terms and waiver, and they will give up substantial rights, including the rights to sue and to release all liability to the greatest extend allowed by law.
