1. Conference check-in counters open at 8.30 am. The conference starts at 9:00 am sharp.
2. Kindly present the printed ticket or online e-ticket QR code for verification purpose upon registration on the event day.
3. One QR Code (ticket) is for one attendee.
4. Ticket is not-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other products and services.
5. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under "Event Cancellation" or "Postponement".
