Ticketing details / T&C:

: FWD pres. Ben Nikcy will be held from 23^rd September 2022 at Level 6 Music Hall Sungei Wang Plaze Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

: Only a maximum of (10) ten tickets is allowed per ID / IC.

: All tickets are subject to a 6% ticketing fee per ticket, which is payable upon check-out.

: Attendees are advised to do a RTK test at home before coming to the event.

: Only FULLY VACCINATED individuals allowed enter the hall / event.

: Attendees will need to be fully vaccinated at least 14 days before the day of the event and will be asked to verify their vaccination status on their Mysejahtera app.

: Attendees must scan MySejahtera and face mask is mandatory upon entry and indoors.

: Attendees will need to be at least 18 years old on the date of the event and will be asked for photo IC as proof of age.

: Anyone found not fully vaccinated or below the age of 18 years old on the date of the event will not be allowed into the venue.

: Ticket holders will need to redeem their tickets for festival wristbands to gain entry to the festival / music zone.

: Wristbands must be always worn all the time and those found without wristbands will be asked to leave.

: Lost / damage wristbands will not be replaced.

: You will need to produce the following at the wristband redemption / registration counter to redeem your wristband(s):

• Upload a selfie / picture for facial registration before attending the event
• The e-ticket(s) in print or digital form
• A copy of your valid photo ID or passport matching the customer’s name on the ticket(s)

: If you are NOT the original purchaser / ticketholder, you will need to produce the following at the wristband redemption / registration counter to redeem your wristband(s):

• The e-ticket(s) in print or digital form
• A copy of your valid photo ID or passport matching the customer’s name on the ticket(s)
• A completed ticket transfer authorization form / letter

: All tickets are free standing

: All ticket holders may be subject to body/bag checks at all entry points into the music zone.

: The organizer will conduct random inspections, confirmed and symptomatic persons are not allowed to attend.

: We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example performer’s changes). In these instances, the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.

: No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.
