TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Adult and Children (12 years old and below) price available. (Refer poster). Ticket price displayed excluded Online Ticketing fee of RM6.00 per ticket.
2. Free admission for kids under 6 years old but sharing seat with the guardian
3. Only a maximum of 6 tickets is allowed per transaction.
4. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
5. All tickets are Free-seating according to Zone.
6. Re-Sell Prohibited. All tickets will be rendered as invalid if resold.
7. No Refunds - All Sales are Final no refunds or exchange allowed. All tickets sold are non-refundable.
8. Purchase Information:

(Such as email and personal detail provided at the time of purchase is correct and current/latest information.)
9. We are not responsible where incorrect information result in an undelivered product.
10. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times.
11. For successful transactions, E-ticket will be delivered via email to the purchaser.
12. Once a section is selected for purchase, seats are auto-selected based on the best availability at the time of purchase. Kindly refer to final seats allocation (if any) via email.
