• Ticket sales for KeyPass will begin from 1 September 2022, 8:00 PM to 30 September 2022, 10:00 PM.
• All participants MUST register as ticket holders on ticket2u.com.my in order to enter the venue on the event day.

Keypass Tickets

• KeyPass tickets will be available until sold out.
• KeyPass ticket holders will be eligible to enter the venue and do not have to get another Free ticket.
• You are only able to purchase a maximum of one (1) ticket per person.
• There will be a 6% ticket service charge for each KeyPass ticket.
• You will need to be 12 years old and above to be eligible to purchase the KeyPass ticket. All participants under the age of 12 years old and below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian on the premises at all times and will not be eligible for a Keypass ticket.
• If you are purchasing the ticket from overseas; please bring along your Passport for validation during the event due to Malaysian government regulations.
• All KeyPass tickets sold are not transferrable. KeyPass ticket re-selling is prohibited; all KeyPass tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information such as email address and personal detail provided at the time of purchase is accurate.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an undelivered product/disqualification in events.

Free Tickets

• Free tickets will be available throughout the event.
• Free ticket holders will be eligible to enter the venue and will be given a wristband as proof of registration.
• You will need to be 12 years old and above to be eligible to register a ticket. All participants under the age of 12 years old and below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian on the premises at all times and do not require a ticket for entry.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information such as email address and personal detail provided at the time of purchase is accurate.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an undelivered product/disqualification in events.
