Online Term & Condition

1. Upon confirmation of your order for tickets, no exchange of tickets will be made under any
   circumstances and tickets are not transferable and may not be resold.
2. All ages required a ticket for admission.
3. The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all tickets after they have been picked up, LOST or DAMAGED ticket will not be entertained.
4. For local buyer you are advisable to redeem the ticket at Kuantan 188 customer service counter starting from 1^st September 2022 from 10.00am – 8.00pm to avoid heavy traffic. The redemption counter shall be closed on 3^rd September 2022 at 7.00pm (2 hours before) the beginning of the concert. 
5. Purchaser MUST present NRIC/Passport, Self-Print eTickets upon ticket collection. The identity of the person receiving the ticket(s) may be recorded by our Officers
6. The place/sitting for ticket holder will determined by the price of ticket
7. No third-party collection allowed unless Authorization Letter, photocopy of payment and
   NRIC / passport is issued by the Purchaser and presented to event owner upon ticket    
   collection. Failing to produce any of these documents, event owner reserved therights of not releasing the ticket.
8. All tickets must be collected within the time periods stipulated for your chosen delivery method. No refunds will be made for uncollected tickets.
9. Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from Ticket2u, Gotifi, Kuantan 188 website or other authorised points of sale.
10. The Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to
    any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming
11. Entry to the Venue will be subject to the Venue’s prevailing terms and conditions of entry.
12. The Venue Owner may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video
    display, photograph, or picture.
13. The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not
    limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.
14. The Promoter may add, withdraw, or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes,
    event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
15. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or after the actual concert, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
