COVID 19 SAFE MEASURES & CONDITIONS

In order to mitigate the transmission of Covid 19, the following guidelines and measures will be implemented so that you may enjoy the show safely.

• Only fully vaccinated individuals who have completed 14 days after 2 doses of vaccine (Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Sinovac), or 28 days after 1 dose of vaccine (Johnson & Johnson, CanSino) will be allowed entry.
• Wearing of face mask is required at all times at the performance venue until such guidelines are relaxed by the Government. No Mask No Entry Policy.
• Regular sanitisation of all public spaces and touch points will be carried.
• Please consider your health condition prior to arriving at the venue on show day.  If you are Covid positive, in quarantine for Covid or have been a close contact with a Covid positive person, or are displaying Covid 19 symptoms, please refrain from coming to the venue. Contact our Ticketing Support for further assistance.
• If you are spotted displaying symptoms at the venue, the organiser reserves the right to request your cooperation on doing a self-test onsite before allowed entry.
• Your cooperation to arrive early at the venue will allow for a safe and smooth entry process. 
• All other terms & conditions apply, please ensure you have read them in the T&C section.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Please be aware that if you require disabled (OKU) access you have to contact the venue directly. Disabled (OKU) access is not available to purchase online.

• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only. 
• Purchase Information:
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information (Such as email and personal detail provided at the time of purchase is correct and current/latest information. 
• For successful transactions, E-ticket will be delivered via email to the purchaser. Do check your Spam folder if you do not receive the email notification with e-ticket/s.
• Please contact [email protected] for further assistance if you do not receive any email notifications and/or e-tickets after completing the purchase online.
• Every audiences must enter with a valid e-ticket.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendees without a valid QR Code at any given time. (All unique QR Codes are issued by ticket2U.com)
• Each ticket is valid for one-time admission only.
• Please ensure that you show the unique QR Code in your e-ticket/s during registration. You may show your email or your mobile phone (barcode must be scannable) or a printout of the email with a clear barcode.

• No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Show Cancellation or Postponement.

• The show starts at 8.30pm sharp, please arrive 30 minutes before the show commences.
• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) we have additional performance slot which starts at 5.30pm sharp, please arrive 30 minutes before the show commences. 
• Our Zones are FREE SEATING, first come first serves basis.
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
• Children under the age of 4 will enjoy free entrance, with no dedicated seating(s).

• We regret prams and buggies are not permitted in the seating areas.  
• Audiences must turn their mobile phones to silent mode during show period.
• Only food bought on Gembox premises is allowed inside, outside food is not allowed.

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event without prior notice due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, performer on COVID terms and condition or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

• The Organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example performer’s changes). In these instances the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.
• The Organiser may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
• The Organiser bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at event.
• By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
• The Organiser has the right to amend the Terms & Condition without prior notice.
