Terms & Condition

• The ONLINE STREAMING will start at 9.00 PM.
  
  
• A gentle reminder about the concert will be sent to your registered mobile number that you used to purchase the ONLINE ticket.

• The URL link for the ONLINE streaming will be given 1 hour before the start of concert.

• Please check your email 1 hour before the online streaming for your login details.

• Every ticket viewer will be given a unique username and password. It is solely for one’s own use and not to be shared with others.

• If others will be participating in the viewing of the event, please ensure that they have read and agreed to the conditions of this agreement.

• Please ensure that your web browser is up-to-date, and has a strong internet connection in order to experience a high-quality livestream.

• We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example performer’s changes). In these instances the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.

• No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.

• The event organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
