☑️ Booking - 3days in advance
☑️ Last minute booking (less than 48hours) - RM100/ flight
☑️ Please be on time
☑️ Kindly inform our team if the on board passenger is having physical/ psychological issue (pregnant, vestibular vertigo, afraid of height & etc)
☑️ Flight might be postponed or rescheduled due to bad weather condition, airspace closure, and unforeseen circumstances occurs to risk the flight
☑️ Cancellation within 24hours will not be refunded
☑️ Cancellation by client will incur RM50/ 5% (whichever higher) administration charge from the invoice amount
☑️ Photography and videography are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the hangar
