TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Only a maximum of 8 tickets is allowed per transaction.
2. All ticket prices are subject to a RM4.00 ticketing fee per ticket, payable upon checkout.
3. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
4. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
5. Ticket buyers and holders must be above the age of 3 years old. 
   • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
6. Tickets are non transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered as invalid if resold.
7. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
8. Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
9. Ticket holders must present MySejahtera vaccination status upon venue entry.
10. The event organizer may postpone, cancel and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
11. The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers which the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.

Purchase Information:

1. You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and current / latest information.
2. We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
3. For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the purchaser.
4. Available to fully vaccinated individuals who have, by the event date:
5. Completed their vaccination (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinovac).
