1. Ticket prices shown are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). 
2. This concert is a free seating concert. Come 30 minutes earlier to get seat selection priority.
3. Kids below 5 years old is not allowed. 
4. It is compulsory for audience to wear mask during the concert to ensure safety from Covid-19. 
5. A valid QR code ticket must be shown to the crew to get into the event venue. 
6. Organizer reserves the rights to make any adjustment to the event.
7. Postponement, Cancellations and Refunds

• Any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances will not be entertained and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below. 
• If the event is postponed or cancelled, a notice will be posted on the event page and email to purchaser. The Notice shall advise the procedures for requesting a refund and the period of time within which the purchaser could request a refund. 
• In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
• The purchaser must attend and present a valid, original tickets in order to claim refunds. 
• Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
