Please double check the event date & show time before proceed online payment, once the ticket is purchased no changes will be entertained. Tickets Sold are non exchangeable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Please be aware that if you require disabled(OKU) access you have to contact the venue directly. Disabled(OKU) access is not available to purchase online.

• Please buy your tickets in advance from our box office at the location to avoid dissapointment .

• No refunds are available once tickets have been purchased.

• Please arrive 30 minutes before the show commences.

• All children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under 3 years old free, sitting on a knee. 

• We regret prams and buggies are not permitted in the seating areas.  

• Only food bought on our premises is allowed inside, food from outside is not allowed inside the big top.

The organiser will conduct random inspections, confirmed and symptomatic persons are not allowed to attend.

• Audiences must turn their mobile phones to silent mode.
• Masks are mandatory indoors.
• No outside food and drinks allowed. Food and drinks may only be bought at the concert venue.
• Show doors open 30 minutes before the show commences
• One Ticket is for one attendee.
• We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example performer’s changes). In these instances the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another performance.
• The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all tickets after they have been picked up, LOST or DAMAGED tickets will not be entertained.
• No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.
• The Purchaser with Ticket2U, QR Code can directly show the Code at the entrance for scanning. Please go straight to the event main entrance, your ticket will be redeemed on arrival by the scanning of the above QR code.
• The event organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
• We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at event.
• By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
• Great British Circus Management has the right to amend the Terms & Condition without prior notice.
