To enter the competition:

1. Kindly fill out the registration form with required details. Should you encounter any submission difficulty, please email us at [email protected] 
2. Registration officially starts on 1st March 2023. Registration is on a first-come, first-verify basis. *Subject to change
3. Every submission is final; kindly ensure all details provided are complete & accurate. Incomplete & inaccurate submissions will be disqualified.
4. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you within three(3) working days of registration submission, confirming your participation in the competition.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Participants must be 16 years old and above
2. Participants must be fully vaccinated.
3. This is an individual / solo competition. One cosplayer per entry is only allowed.
4. Participants must cosplay as an official character from an officially released cartoon, anime, manga, or video game and movie character.
5. Participants must fill up the details and pay the registration deposit. Participants are required to pay RM50 for refundable deposit. Deposit can get back within one week after the competition. (The RM50 refundable deposit is collected to ensure the participants will join all the tournament matches and obey all the tournaments rules and regulations)

Before the Competition Day

1. Participants must provide a reference picture for the cosplay before the event. Please email the none edited photo to [email protected] 
2. Participants entering the competition will go through the following process:
3. Competition Registration (from 1st March to 1st April 2023) -> Competition Date (29th April 2023) Non-compliance would result in disqualification.
4. Participants must submit their photo and character photo to the organiser ([email protected]) 

During Competition Day 

1. All judges decisions are final

2. All Music files must be in MP3 format. 

3. Each contestant have max 60 seconds to setup before performance, scores will be deducted for exceeding time frame

4. Maximum performance duration is 5 mins.

5. No performance restarts unless due to technical errors from the organisers

6. No props or any items should be thrown to audience or judges

7. Stage props are allowed, but it should not dirty the stage after performance (water/blood/confettis,etc), if unsure please consult the organisers 

8. 1 stage helper is allowed.  Helper must wear black.

9. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participants if there are any rules that are violated

10. The organiser will not be responsible for any injury on stage

Prohibitions (Things you not do)

1. Sexually and Over Exposed costume is strictly prohibited in this competition. 
2. All cosplayer must not touch on topics related to politics, religions and ethnicity. 

3. All weapons, real and imitation, are strictly prohibited.

4. All judges decisions are final

5. All photos sent must be in original and none photoshopped or altered work.
