Terms and Conditions:

• This event is open to patrons 18 years and above only. The organizers have the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the age requirements.
• Alcoholic beverages will only be sold to non-Muslims and patrons above 21 years old. 
  • You may be required to present your ID to the event bar staff should you be asked to do so.
• The Organizers reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the event at short notice (for example performer’s changes) without any obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
• Please take care of your personal belongings. Organizers will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.
• The ticket holder agrees to allow any search for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled substances, recording devices /electronics, large cameras, skateboards or roller-blades, umbrellas and fireworks.
• Organizers will not be held responsible for damage or loss of items confiscated during entry.
• Smoking is prohibited within the venue with the exception of designated smoking areas. 
  • Open packs of cigarettes will be confiscated at the entrance.
• Strictly no outside food and drinks allowed. 
  • Food is not allowed in the venue.
  • Drinks allowed in the venue are those that are bought from the event bars in the venue.
  • No personal water bottles or food containers allowed.
• The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers that may occur during or after the event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• The Organizers reserve the right to eject anyone from the venue should they be found breaking any of the terms and conditions listed above, with no obligation for refunds to be made.

Purchase Information:

• An additional RM2 will be charged per ticket as service charge to Ticket2U
• Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to change of artist, change of time or date of the event or delay in entering the event due to high foot traffic.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and current / latest information.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase
• Regarding the changing of ticket ownership, please provide a forwarded copy of the buyers confirmation email and present it to the registration counter at the door for confirmation.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the purchaser.
