TiniTin Town HOUSE RULES

General Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please respect the following rules:

1. Please ensure your children are healthy before entering the premises. The management reserves the right to refuse or deny the entry of the person who appears to be unwell.

2. Children and adults must wear SOCKS entering the playland at all times. Socks are compulsory for all guests and grip socks are highly recommended.

3. Guardians who are not parents must be at least 18 years of age.

4. Supervise your children at all times. An adult must accompany children under age 18 to enter the playland. ONE (1) child or ONE (1) adult is not allowed to enter the playland alone and the child is not allowed to exit the playland without adult supervision.

5. Admission ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable, and void if altered.

6. No outside food and drinks are allowed to be brought into the premises except baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements.

7. All persons, bags, parcels, clothing, and other items may be subject to security checks at the entrance.

8. We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or any item to be brought into the playland and to deal with any unattended object in such a way as we consider appropriate.

9. Do show common courtesy to other guests in the playland and our crew members by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior.

10. Children will be given a warning for rough behavior. If such behavior persists, the child may be asked to leave the playland.

11. Proper attire, including shirts and long pants is recommended to be worn at all times to avoid friction burn. We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests. Visible tattoos that could be considered inappropriate, such as those containing objectionable language or designs, are not permitted.

12. Running recklessly on the premises is prohibited.

13. Smoking is prohibited on the entire premises.

14. Children must always be accompanied into the restrooms.

15. Children may only go down the slides seated on their bottom facing forward feet first and not climbing up the slides.

16. When climbing on approved climbing structures use both hands, and stay away from other climbers.

17. No flips, somersaults, or cartwheels anywhere in the playland.

18. All guests entering our premises shall strictly observe, comply, and be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

19. All notices, rules and regulations, and wall signs posted throughout our premises must be observed and followed.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly not allowed to be brought into the premises:

1. Food, drink, and chewing gum.

2. Toys or any sharp object.

3. Weapons of any kind, or objects that appear to be weapons (also including toy blasters, squirt guns, etc.)

4. Glass containers (excluding small containers such as baby food jars).

5. Pets.

6. Other items that we determine may be harmful or disruptive.

Company Rights

1. We may photograph, film, videotape, record, or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the playland and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.

2. We may without prior notice and without refund compensation or any liability close the playland or any part of the playland, and/or restrict admission to any play area and/or change the operation hours of the play area at our discretion.

3. Insofar as is permissible by applicable law, we shall not be responsible and shall not assume any liability for any damage or loss you may incur, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise, and accordingly, by accepting admission with this ticket, you agree to release us from all such liability.

4. We reserve the right to refuse or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable, and any claims against us shall be litigated only in Malaysia.

5. In no event shall TiniTin Town be liable to any member or third party for any loss and injury or any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential losses or damages whatsoever or howsoever caused under any cause of action arising directly or indirectly in connection with use of TiniTin Town’s facilities.

  1. Where can I purchase TiniTin Town admission ticket? 
    • Online purchase tickets are essential for guaranteed entry. All guests are required to purchase a dated ticket through the website at www.tinitintown.my . Tickets are limited daily and on a first-come-first-served basis.
  1. Do I need to redeem anything before I enter to TiniTin Town? 
    • No. All you need to do is to have the active QR code after the purchase and scan the QR code at the auto gate.
  1. Can I buy tickets on the day of my visit? 
    • Yes, but do note that tickets are subject to availability. You may buy the ticket from our website www.tinitintown.my . It is also advisable to check our business days and hours on the day of your visit.
  1. Are the admission tickets refundable? 
    • We regret that dated tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if your travel plan has changed due to the latest COVID-19 situation, kindly submit your request to arrange for a ticket change.  
  1. Are my admission tickets transferable? 
    • Tickets are not transferable and must be used by the same account throughout the day. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  1. Can I buy tickets for my friend and their child? 
    • Yes. You may buy on behalf of them. Kindly be reminded that the admission required QR code that is generated in your login account. To avoid inconvenience circumstances, we encourage the account holder to present on the date or they are required to share the active QR codes with their friend before admission.

    • In order to form a healthier and safer playing environment for your little ones, all parents/guardians are required to declare that he/she understand and agree with TiniTin Town Rules and Regulations as well as they are aware that sick child is not allowed to enter the premise. The management reserves the right to refuse or deny the entry of the person who appears to be unwell without refund or exchange of the dated ticket.

  1. Is there an age limit to enter TiniTin Town? 
    • TiniTin Town is designed for children aged 10 and below. Each child must be accompanied by an adult and a group of adults is not permitted to enter the premise.
  1. Can I change/swap the accompanying adult after admission? 
    • No. Accompanying adult is not entitled to swap, or exchange at all times.
  1. Do I need to bring my NRIC/ID for verification on the day of the visit? 
    • Random checks will be performed at the admission gate. Guests need to present their NRIC or ID to show the purchase is genuine.
  1. What should my children wear to TiniTin Town? 
    • For the best possible experience, your little ones are advised to wear long sleeves and pants to protect them from possible friction burns caused during the play. Children and adults must wear SOCKS entering the playland at all times. Socks are compulsory for all guests and grip socks are highly recommended. 
  1. Who will supervise the children? 
    • Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Our crew is at the premises to ensure the place is safe and in proper playing order. Adults are NOT permitted to leave the premises leaving the children in TiniTin Town. At least one (1) adult who is 18 years old and above must present and supervise the dependent at all times.
  1. Can I leave my 14-year-old child to take care of my 5-year-old child? 
    • No. Guardians who are not parents must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. What criteria are used to determine the age category indicated on admission tickets, and could you provide an example to illustrate how it works?
    • The age indicated on the admission ticket is determined by the child's birth year. For instance, if a child was born in 2020 and wishes to purchase a ticket in 2022, they would be eligible for a Tini Toddler ticket. If they buy a ticket in 2023, they will require a Tini Kids ticket.

    • TiniTin Town is a SMOKE-FREE ZONE.
  1. Is there a nursing room in TiniTin Town?
    • Yes. We do have a nursing room.
  1. Is there any prayer room in TiniTin Town?
    • No. However, the prayer room is located in the same building, on Level 1, near the futsal court.
  1. What are the preferred methods of payment?
    • We accept only contactless payments regardless of admission tickets or the restaurant. We accept credit/debit card and e-wallet that is available in Malaysia.

  1. Are there vegetarian dining options available in TiniTin Town?
    • Yes, our selected outlets offer vegetarian choices and/or healthy choices.
  1. Can I bring outside food into TiniTin Town?
    • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in TiniTin Town except for baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements. Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance. We offer a variety of fresh and delicious food for our guests to enjoy at our restaurant.

  1. Is there any place to park my car?
    • Yes. A paid indoor car park is available within the premises.
  1. I have a lost item. What should I do?
    • Please approach a team member at the location where you last left the item and ask for assistance or you may inform by submitting your LOST & FOUND details. Nonetheless, the Management assumes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
    • All lost items will be kept for only 14 days. Do reach us to retrieve your lost items within the time frame, otherwise, all unclaimed items will be disposed of after 14 days.

    • Random checks will be performed at the admission gate. Guests need to present their NRIC or ID to show the purchase is genuine.
  1. What should my children wear to TiniTin Town? 
    • For the best possible experience, your little ones are advised to wear long sleeves and pants to protect them from possible friction burns caused during the play. Children and adults must wear SOCKS entering the playland at all times. Socks are compulsory for all guests and grip socks are highly recommended. 
  1. Who will supervise the children? 
    • Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Our crew is at the premises to ensure the place is safe and in proper playing order. Adults are NOT permitted to leave the premises leaving the children in TiniTin Town. At least one (1) adult who is 18 years old and above must present and supervise the dependent at all times.
  1. Can I leave my 14-year-old child to take care of my 5-year-old child? 
    • No. Guardians who are not parents must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. What criteria are used to determine the age category indicated on admission tickets, and could you provide an example to illustrate how it works?
    • The age indicated on the admission ticket is determined by the child's birth year. For instance, if a child was born in 2020 and wishes to purchase a ticket in 2022, they would be eligible for a Tini Toddler ticket. If they buy a ticket in 2023, they will require a Tini Kids ticket.

    • Yes, our selected outlets offer vegetarian choices and/or healthy choices.

    • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in TiniTin Town except for baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements. Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance. We offer a variety of fresh and delicious food for our guests to enjoy at our restaurant.

    • Yes. A paid indoor car park is available within the premises.
  1. I have a lost item. What should I do?
    • Please approach a team member at the location where you last left the item and ask for assistance or you may inform by submitting your LOST & FOUND details. Nonetheless, the Management assumes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
    • All lost items will be kept for only 14 days. Do reach us to retrieve your lost items within the time frame, otherwise, all unclaimed items will be disposed of after 14 days.

TiniTin Town HOUSE RULES

General Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please respect the following rules:

1. Please ensure your children are healthy before entering the premises. The management reserves the right to refuse or deny the entry of the person who appears to be unwell.

2. Children and adults must wear SOCKS entering the playland at all times. Socks are compulsory for all guests and grip socks are highly recommended.

3. Guardians who are not parents must be at least 18 years of age.

4. Supervise your children at all times. An adult must accompany children under age 18 to enter the playland. ONE (1) child or ONE (1) adult is not allowed to enter the playland alone and the child is not allowed to exit the playland without adult supervision.

5. Admission ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable, and void if altered.

6. No outside food and drinks are allowed to be brought into the premises except baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements.

7. All persons, bags, parcels, clothing, and other items may be subject to security checks at the entrance.

8. We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or any item to be brought into the playland and to deal with any unattended object in such a way as we consider appropriate.

9. Do show common courtesy to other guests in the playland and our crew members by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior.

10. Children will be given a warning for rough behavior. If such behavior persists, the child may be asked to leave the playland.

11. Proper attire, including shirts and long pants is recommended to be worn at all times to avoid friction burn. We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests. Visible tattoos that could be considered inappropriate, such as those containing objectionable language or designs, are not permitted.

12. Running recklessly on the premises is prohibited.

13. Smoking is prohibited on the entire premises.

14. Children must always be accompanied into the restrooms.

15. Children may only go down the slides seated on their bottom facing forward feet first and not climbing up the slides.

16. When climbing on approved climbing structures use both hands and stay away from other climbers.

17. No flips, somersaults, or cartwheels anywhere in the playland.

18. All guests entering our premises shall strictly observe, comply, and be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

19. All notices, rules and regulations, and wall signs posted throughout our premises must be observed and followed.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly not allowed to be brought into the premises:

1. Food, drink, and chewing gum.

2. Toys or any sharp object.

3. Weapons of any kind, or objects that appear to be weapons (also including toy blasters, squirt guns, etc.)

4. Glass containers (excluding small containers such as baby food jars).

5. Pets.

6. Other items that we determine may be harmful or disruptive.

Company Rights

1. We may photograph, film, videotape, record, or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the playland and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.

2. We may without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability close the playland or any part of the playland, and/or restrict admission to any play area, and/or change the operation hours of the play area at our discretion.

3. Insofar as is permissible by applicable law, we shall not be responsible and shall not assume any liability for any damage or loss you may incur, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise, and accordingly, by accepting admission with this ticket, you agree to release us from all such liability.

4. We reserve the right to refuse or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable, and any claims against us shall be litigated only in Malaysia.

5. In no event shall TiniTin Town be liable to any member or third party for any loss and injury or any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential losses or damages whatsoever or howsoever caused under any cause of action arising directly or indirectly in connection with use of TiniTin Town’s facilities.

6. Any damage or defacement of the equipment and the library material is strictly prohibited and anyone found damaging the same shall compensate TiniTin Town accordingly.

7. The Rules and Regulations are subject to change without prior notice.

8. For the avoidance of doubt, “we”, “our”, “us” and “TiniTin Town” as used in the foregoing means SEVEN EVERNEW PLT.

  1. You agree that we reserve the right to refuse or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable and release us from all litigation. In such an event, we reserve the right to refund the price of tickets at our own discretion without giving any reason whatsoever.
  1. You agree entry may be refused for the loss of the QR code or the admission is not bought from our official website or ticketing kiosks or other authorized points of sale.
  1. You agree that we shall not be liable for any loss and/or fraudulent cases arising from the purchase of tickets from any unauthorized points of sale.
  1. You agree to abide by the House Rules set by SEV. The House Rules are displayed prominently at the entrance to TiniTin Town as well as stated on the websites.
  1. SEV reserves the right to alter the terms, regulations, and policies of TiniTin Town at any time without prior notice.

Force Majeure

SEV will not be liable for delays in performance or for non-performance due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond SEV’s reasonable control.
