Covid-19 Safety Measures & Conditions
In order to mitigate the transmission of Covid 19, the following guidelines and measures will be implemented so that you may enjoy the show safely.
1. Only fully vaccinated individuals will be allowed entry.
2. Covid-19 pre-event testing (PET) - Self-testing is recommended or may require 24 hours prior to the show day and 48 hours after the show.
3. Regular sanitization of all public spaces and touch points will be carried out throughout the performance
4. You will be required to maintain a distance from others wherever possible when at the venue
5. Please consider your health condition prior to arriving at the venue on show day. If you are Covid positive, in quarantine for Covid or have been close contact with a Covid positive person, or are displaying Covid 19 symptoms, please refrain from coming to the venue. Contact our Ticketing Support for further assistance.
6. If you are spotted displaying symptoms at the venue, you may be required to visit our medical station for further evaluation prior to being allowed entry.
7. Your cooperation to arrive early at the venue will allow for a safe and smooth entry process.

Terms and Conditions
1. One admission per ticket.
2. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges are allowed once tickets are sold
3. The organizer shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to the ticket sold
4. The organizer has the right to change the layout without prior notice.
5. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
6. This is a free seated according to their respective categories.
7. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted.
8. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee ticketing fee & etc.
9. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you does not share with any other third party
10. For those who purchase on behalf of your friend/family please make sure the ticket is only given to the right person.
11. For multiple ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
12. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On-ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified herein and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.
13. Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and a confirmation email with a QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse the ticket holder to enter the hall.
14. Third parties are not allowed to enter the event hall.
15. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
16. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
17. If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to show the proof of purchase. If you fail to provide the required evidence, no entry will be allowed.
18. Strictly no food & drink allowed inside the event hall.
19. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.
20. Those who have vehicles must present their vehicle pass which will be e-mailed to them alongside their e-ticket upon arriving at the university.
21. Purchasers must present their e-mail confirmation which contains their e-ticket upon arrival at the event.
22. Purchasers with a physical ticket must present their physical ticket upon arrival at the event.
Delay & Postponement
Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
Cancellation

- In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances
- Organizer reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
Consent
During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to vapes, weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances, and recording devices.
Assumption of Risk
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
Changes to Event
- Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any artists/performers’ and or vary the advertised program, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
- Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
Recording/ Audiotaping
No professional photography, audio, or video recording is allowed during the Event.
Amendments
Organizer reserves the right to supplement, add, change, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
