Women In Rail Malaysia Conference 2023

Women in Rail Malaysia Conference 2023  will be held on Thursday 3rd August 2023 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The Conference will be a premier event in Malaysia's 2023 transport calendar and will focus on infrastructure projects and key elements that will drive global economic growth. 

Key speakers invited will offer insights into key rail projects as well as provide knowledge-sharing opportunities for Malaysian rail stakeholders to better understand how and where progress is taking place beyond Malaysian shores.

• Once confirmed, a ticket purchased on Ticket2U.com.my (“Ticket”) cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Tickets are confirmed when full payment is received and when a confirmation e-mail together with an e-ticket is sent to you.
• The e-ticket sent with your confirmation e-mail shall be your valid pass to the event and should be presented, either as physical or softcopy through gadget(s) at the registration counter in order for you to gain admission.
• It is the responsibility of the Ticket holder to ensure the e-ticket QR code is readable for verification purpose upon registration.
• The e-ticket is only valid to the Ticket holder as per registered on Ticket2U.
• The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who violates the conference policies or engages in disruptive behavior.
• The Ticket may be transferred to another person from the same company with the condition that a notice is sent to the organizer at [email protected] by 5pm, 31st July 2023 with valid reason(s). The organizer reserves the right to decline any request for e-ticket transfer after the aforementioned period.
• Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale either by the original Ticket purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a Ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the Ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the Ticket may be refused admission.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, including the schedule, speakers, or content, without prior notice.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, replace or discontinue any parts of these Terms at any given time as deemed fit and necessary without prior notice.
