1v1 interaction Meet and Greet Rules and Regulation
1. Respectful Behavior:
- Treat all participants with kindness, politeness, and respect.
- Refrain from using offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language.
- Avoid engaging in any behavior that may make others uncomfortable or distressed.
2. Personal Boundaries:
- Respect personal boundaries and obtain explicit consent before initiating any physical contact.
- Do not invade anyone's personal space without permission.
3. Time Limitations:
- The meet and greet session will be scheduled in specific time slots, and further details will be announced later on NIJIGEN EXPO’s social media.
- Each interaction will have a designated time limit.
- Please respect the time allocated and ensure a fair opportunity for all participants.
4. Items for signing sessions:
- DO NOT to bring any unrelated items or personal belongings not affiliated with KSON official goods during the meet and greet.
- This helps maintain the efficiency and fairness of the event.
5. No Bags Allowed:
- For security purposes and to ensure a smooth and efficient meet and greet session, attendees are strictly prohibited from bringing any bags into the designated meet and greet area.
- This includes handbags, backpacks, tote bags, and any other type of bag intended for carrying personal belongings.
6. No gifts / No outside food or drinks:
- To ensure a fair and equal experience for all participants, we kindly request that you do not bring any gifts to the event. Your presence is the most valuable gift you can offer.
- For the safety, convenience, and fairness of all attendees, it is strictly prohibited to bring any outside food or drinks to the event.
7. Prohibited Items:
- Weapons, illegal substances, or any other items that may pose a threat to safety or disrupt the event are strictly prohibited.
- Please comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Queue Management:
- Follow the designated queue management system.
- Respect the order of interactions and any instructions provided by event staff or organizers.
9. Inappropriate Questions or Behavior:
- Avoid asking personal, offensive, or inappropriate questions.
- Engage in behavior that promotes a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
10. Event Staff Instructions:

11. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Individuals:
- Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates the rules, exhibits disruptive behavior, or poses a risk to others' safety or well-being.
12. Photography and Recording:
- Participants should adhere to any photography and recording guidelines set by the event organizers.
- Obtain permission before taking photographs or recording videos of the guests or the event.
13. Confidentiality and Privacy:
- Respect the confidentiality and privacy of the guests.
- Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information about the guests without their consent.
14. Social Media Guidelines:
- Participants are encouraged to follow any specific social media guidelines provided by the event organizers.
- Use respectful and appropriate language when posting about the meet and greet on social media platforms.
15. Follow Venue Regulations:
- Comply with any additional rules and regulations specified by the venue hosting the meet and greet.
- Respect the venue's property and facilities.
16. Liability:
- The event organizers, venue management, and their respective representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, including hand-held gifts, brought into the meet and greet area.
- Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
17. Health and Safety Guidelines:
- Adhere to any health and safety guidelines communicated by the event organizers or venue staff.
- This may include wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and practicing good hygiene.
18. Others
- The organiser reserves the right to make temporary adjustments of your meeting session if necessary.
In addition to the above rules and regulations, specific meet and greet events may have additional supplementary provisions. Participants are advised to carefully read and comply with the specific rules and guidelines provided by the organizers before attending the event.

Rules and Regulation
1.Panel show tickets must be valid on the night of the panel.
2. All tickets sold are non-refundable.
3. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the concert venue.
4. No smoking or consumption of illegal substances is permitted at the concert venue.
5. No dangerous items or weapons are allowed inside the concert venue.
6. Live streaming or full recording are prohibited at the concert venue.
7. Security checks may be conducted by the event organizers at the concert venue.
8. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who violates the rules and regulations.
9. The event organizers are not responsible for any personal or property loss incurred at the concert venue.
10. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
General Rules
Ticket Purchase
1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
2. You will receive a system email to confirm that your application has been successfully submitted.
3. All ticket holders must bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
4. Tickets are strictly not transferable and resale of tickets is prohibited.
5. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any ticket holder who fails to comply with the event rules and regulations.
6. The event organizer reserves the right to change the event details, date, time, and venue without prior notice.
7. The event organizer will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal belongings or property.
8. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Any dispute arising from the purchase and/or use of the tickets shall be subject to the laws of the event's jurisdiction.
10. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
11. The date for physical ticket redemption will be announced later on our Instagram/Facebook.
12. The organiser is not responsible for any damage or fraud caused by third party sales.
Terms & Conditions -
1. The ticket is non-refundable.
2. You shall receive receipts of response after filling the form up.
3. You shall also receive an email with purchase receipt after your purchase has been verified by the sales staff.
4. Please show your receipt and IC to redeem your physical ticket on the day of redemption.
5. The date of physical ticket redemption will be announced later in our social media.
6. The organizers reserve the right to make temporary adjustments if necessary.
