1. Admission to the “Dancesss Partyyy TTT 6^th Anniversary” is STRICTLY UPON PRESENTATION OF THIS E-TICKET ONLY.
2. This ticket is strictly for one (1) person per entry. Infants in arms or children without ticket will not be admitted.
3. Participants are responsible for taking note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on infants in arms, children without ticket or any minimum child admission age and no refunds will be made on the grounds that the participant was not aware of such age restrictions.
4. Once a ticket is sold, there is NO CANCELLATION, REFUND, or ticket EXCHANGE allowed.
5. A valid E-Ticket or other form of identification matching the details MUST be provided by the participant upon registration. The identity of the person receiving the registration entry will be recorded by the Organizer. The Organizer reserved the right not to distribute the registrations entry access.
6. Strictly NO THIRD-PARTY registration is allowed unless the card holder's NRIC/passport is issued by the participant and presented to the Organizer upon registration. Failing to produce any of these documents, the Organizer reserved the right to not release the registration entry.
7. After e-ticket issued, the participant is responsible for them; LOST of e-tickets will not be accepted.
8. Weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances, cameras and recording devices such as video cameras, digital or film cameras (compact or SLR), and tablet devices such as IPAD, Tablet, and so on are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. The participant shall be responsible for their own belongings after they have been picked up. Any lost or damaged belongings will not be entertained.
9. Participants must come early for registration entry one (1) hours before the Zumba Session starts. Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the session.
10. Food and drinks are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the event venue.
11. All video and audio recording are prohibited.
12. Tip Tap Toe Fitness Studio reserves the right to act against any person who breaches any of the above terms and conditions.
13. The Organizers shall not be liable for any lose, cost or expenses, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising claims for compensation by the participants of whatsoever nature resulting from their participation in the event.
14. The Organizers reserves the right to cancel the Event at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case the Organizers will make effort to inform Participant prior to the date of event.
15. The Organizers reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity to interpret and in so doing, the Organizers will consider the interest of all the affected participants.
16. If the Event has to be cancelled, there shall be no refund of fees paid unless the Organizers deems to give a refund and the Organizers shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.
17. There will be no fee refund if the event is cancelled for reason of force majeure i.e., due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control.
18. The participant accepts all risks and dangers that may arise while attending the event. The participant accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the venue. The risk may include changes in weather, the distance to and from the public transport stations or parking area, and the venue. The situation on the surface or underground, collision with on-site personnel or other participants. The participant hereby clearly states that he/she will undertake all the risks or dangers. The participant will further undertake all risks of loss of property in the venue. Therefore, the participant agrees to release Tip Tap Toe Fitness Studio, Venue Owner, Organizer, and event players and their respective agents and employees from any liability, regardless of whether injury or loss occurs before, during, or after the event or underground, collision with on-site personnel or other participant. The participant hereby clearly states that he/she will undertake all the risks or dangers. The participant will further undertake all risks of loss of properties in the venue. Therefore, the participant agrees to release Tip Tap Toe Fitness Studio, Venue Owner, and Organizer, event players and their respective agents and employees from any liability, regardless of whether injury or loss occurs before, during or after the Event.
