Eligibility & Event Information:
1.This Daddy & Me Face Painting (“the event”) will be held on the above-mentioned date and time, or such other period as the Management of Atria Shopping Gallery (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Event Period”).
2.The activity limited to 20 groups.
3. The challenge is open for One (1) Father and One (1) Child aged 3 - 18 years old.
4. The materials will be provided to the participants during the event
5. All gift(s)/prize(s) for Daddy & Me Face Painting Challenge:-
Grand Prize : RM150 Atria Gift Voucher
Second Prize : RM100 Atria Gift Voucher
Third Prize : RM80 Atria Gift Voucher
Consolation Prize x 3: 1 set of Faber-Castell Watercolour Pencils (Wonder Box of 36 - Worth of RM60)
6.With regard to participation of the Event: -
a) Please complete this registration form.
b) All registration will be treated on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis.
c) All entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
General Terms and Conditions:
1.The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Event shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participants.
2.The Management reserves the right to publish/display the names, photographs and particulars of the Eligible Participants in any media/publication whatsoever.
3.The Management reserves the right at any time to vary, delete or add on the terms and conditions herein without any prior notice.
4.The Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or postpone this Event at its absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to the Eligible Participants.
5.By participating in the Event, all Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. The Management shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries arising from and out of the carrying out of the Event.
