Breakboyclub is a passion project turned collective that stemmed from significant love for late 90’s & early 00’s hardcore breaks and gritty basslines.
Breakboy was born to relive the sounds of the past, taking you way back and connecting all dance music enthusiasts facilitating engaging experiences for both artists and audiences alike. We're proudly kicking off the first edition of Breakboy with Alfie Rrari, MIA, Traction Control and Eftpos Minimum.
This event is proudly supported by Carhartt WIP MY.
Alfie Rrari:
No stranger to the realm of 160bpm, often known for his ability to hold up high energy in a room, Alfie's style is fast, pure and nostalgic, blending all breaks, jungle and D&B, making his sounds retro-futuristic.
Mia:
Blending diverse break music genres like UK funk, garage, bass, electro, D&B, and everything in between, Mia aims to deliver a contemporary and body-moving experience as she continues to refine her sound. Despite being new to the scene, she has performed at notable events and venues such as Fono, REXKL, Under9, Pisco KL, and more. In addition to her DJ-ing, Mia actively engages in music production, working on her own projects and collaborations with local artists and renowned brands within the art scene.
Traction Control:
