1. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
2. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you does not share with any other third party
3. For those who purchase on behalf of your friend/family please make sure the ticket was only given to the right person.
4. For multiple ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
5. In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to be registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserves the right to request further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer 15th-floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse hall entry.
6. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On-ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified herein and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.
7. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
8. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold.
9. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
10. If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are require showing proof of purchase, if fail to provide the required evidence, no entry will be allowed.
11. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
12. Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u in order to facilitate tickets, register sponsors online platform users or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy.
13. The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provides his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organizer in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners, and/or authorized parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions, online platform or applications and any other marketing and promotional activities.
