Event T&C:

• This event is Free Standing & Free Seating according to Zone
• Ticket buyers and holders must be above the age of 5 years old. Strictly no children under 5 permitted in the premise.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by adult or legal guardian
• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
• Tickets are non transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered as invalid if resold.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
• Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
• The event organizer may postpone, cancel and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
• The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers which the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
• The entrance wristband can be collected at 5:00 pm at Ticket counter/Ticket Box Office in the evening on the day of the concert. Ticket counter/Ticket Box Office close at 8.30pm.
• CONCERT doors open at 7.30PM ; Event start at 8.30pm ; Last entry 9:00 PM.
• The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all entrance wristband after they have been picked up/collected, LOST or DAMAGED of the entrance wristband will not be exchange or entertained.
• The event organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
• We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at event.

Purchase Information:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and current / latest information.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the purchaser(Buyer Email).
• Available to fully vaccinated individuals who have, by the event date: Completed their vaccination (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinovac).
• All other ticketing, venue & event entry terms & conditions apply.
•  No smoking permitted outside the smoking area
• Strictly no prohibited drugs and weapons allowed
• Management will not tolerate offensive behavior. Enjoy the show in an orderly manner
• Management reserves the right to take action against any patrons who breaches any of the above terms and conditions
