RACE KIT COLLECTION

• 10.00am - 6.00pm
• Strictly No Changes in T-Shirt sizes will be allowed.
• Please bring along a confirmation slip (E-Ticket) (via smartphone) from an online registration provider or your Malaysian IC / Passport (for non-Malaysians) when you redeem your race kit for verification purposes.
• Collect on behalf of any relative participant, it is mandatory to show their confirmation slip (E-TICKET or ID card or passport) (through a smartphone) and fill up Authorization Form.
• Printing services at RM2 per page is available at the Secretariat counter
• Please print your Indemnity Form and bring it to RKC counter
• The race kit will be forfeited if failed to collect during the stipulated date and time.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Registration is available via ticket2u.com.my only.
2. Please ensure your personal details are entered accurately to avoid any issue during the race pack collection or any other event related purpose that requires your personal info.
3. Some of your personal info such as name, date of birth, nationality and race result will be shared with external parties such as UTMB, ITRA and MULC for qualifying and championship processing. Same set of info might be shared with the authorities and insurance companies for Group Personal Accident policy issuance.
4. There is no pre-requisite of completing any other trail running race to participate in SATR2023. It is participants responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to complete the distance you have registered, monitor your health during the race, including knowing when to withdraw from the race if you are no longer able to continue.

WITHDRAWALS

1. If you are unable to participate in the event for any reason, entry fee is non-refundable for withdrawals initiated by the participant.
2. Please take note of the event schedule, it’s your responsibility to ensure plan ahead to attend the Race Pack Collection during the specified time and compete in the race. Any request for special arrangement will not be entertained.
3. If you decide to withdraw prior to the race, kindly inform us at [email protected] with the subject “Withdrawal notification” and provide your Registration ID.
4. If you need to withdraw during the race, kindly notify the Marshal or Crew on duty.

SLOT TRANSFER

1. Registered participant can transfer their slot to someone else before the registration closed
2. Processing fee is RM 10
3. Deadline to complete the process is before the registration date closed

DEFERRALS
No deferral option is available

RACE RULES

1. You must sign the Indemnity Form during the Race Pack Collection.
2. You must complete the race entirely on foot with no external assistance or pacer.
3. You must comply with the event's mandatory items requirement or else, it may result in disqualification or penalty.
4. It’s forbidden to be accompanied along the race course by anyone other than another registered participant during the race and use of, will result in my disqualification.
5. Your race bib must be visible to the event crew at all times during the race. It should be worn on the outside of your clothing on the front of your body over your belly or chest, not at your back, on your pants or any other fancy location on your body.
6. You must conduct yourself in a sporting, professional and cautious manner during the participation in the event and understand that you may be disqualified if you do not do so.
7. You acknowledge that your registration is personal to you, and it’s not transferable to other people without the stated process above.
8. You agree to retire immediately from the event if ordered to do so by the Event Organisers, crews or marshal, or any government official.
9. You accept full liability for any medical expenses incurred because of training for and/or participating in the Event.
10. You will be immediately disqualified from the Event if you are found to have intentionally shortened the route of the Event.
11. You will be immediately disqualified from the Event if you found to be deliberately littering the course.
12. You will comply with the event cut off times which require runners to check out the checkpoint before the COT and the decisions related to it by the Event organisers or crews.
13. You accept that the event organisers reserve the right to amend the event format or cancel the Event due to health and safety reasons, including storm, rain, inclement weather, winds or any other act of God conditions. You accept that my Entry fee shall be non-refundable in this circumstance as costs have already been incurred.
14. You accept that the Event Organisers will do their utmost to provide me with a finish time following my completion of the Event, however, they will not be held responsible for any computer result anomalies.
15. You agree that you should only be withdrawing from the Event at a pre-defined checkpoint. It is not the Event Organisers responsibility to pick up a runner at any point of the race course unless you are medically unfit.
16. You agree to notify the timing officials at the race site of your withdrawal from the race. This will ensure all participants who are registered and pulled out of
    the race are accounted for, allowing for the accurate and safe running of the event.
17. You accept that all decisions and rulings by the Event Organisers, its crew or marshal are considered final.
