- Minimum 2 days in advance booking.
- Maximum 100 pax OR 20 tents per day to host this experience. If the event has to be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will inform the participants at least 3 days ahead. Participants can reschedule to another date.
- No refund will be given due to inclement weather. Please check the weather forecast before purchasing tickets online.
- Not valid with any other ongoing offers, discounts, events, and/or promotion.
- NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE DATE OR TRANSFER will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
- No outside foods & beverages.
- All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysian (RM). All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
- We recommend you use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
Cancellation / “No Show” Charges
a. The Somer Campsite Management reserves the right to impose charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the event of any last-minute cancellation / “no show” on the day of arrival once a reservation has been confirmed.
Additional Information
- Children aged 0-11 must be supervised at all times
- Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
Prohibitions & Limitations
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- The Somer Campsite Management reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete, or add to the stated terms and conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- The Somer Campsite Management has the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
