1) All payments for the Conference/Masterclass must be made in full at the time of completing the registration and are NOT refundable.
2) If you are unable to attend the Conference/Masterclass, we welcome a substitute participant provided that we have at least 2 weeks prior notice of the name of your substitute.
3) Official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the Conference/Masterclass. The photographs, videos and audio recordings will be used for Conference/Masterclass-related activities including in promotional materials, in both print and electronic format, as well as on the Internet via website and social media.
