By purchasing tickets for the Royal Kuching Cruise through Ticket2U, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Validity:

   • Each ticket is valid for one person only.
   • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Cruise Schedule:

   • Guests are required to arrive at the cruise departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
   • Cruises will depart on time. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or missed cruises.

3. Identification and Verification:

   • Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and a copy of the booking confirmation (either printed or electronic) upon check-in.

4. Children and Infants:

   • Children under the age of 4 years old are not required to purchase a ticket but must be accompanied by an adult.
   • Children aged 4 and above must have their own ticket.

5. Weather Conditions:

   • Rest assured that we are a catamaran cruise and ensures the highest stability and smoothest sail. Customers will be transferred to the lower deck which is an air-conditioned dining hall that can accommodate 140 guests and is equipped with full ceiling-to-floor window, so there is no blocked view. However, in the event of adverse weather, cruises may be rescheduled or canceled. We will provide notice and options in such cases.

6. Health and Safety:

   • Guests with medical conditions that could affect their safety on the cruise are advised to seek medical advice before purchasing tickets.
   • Our crew reserves the right to refuse boarding to any guest who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. Guest Conduct:

   • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow passengers and crew members.
   • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the cruise without a refund.

8. Personal Belongings:

   • We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the cruise.

9. Food and Beverages:

   • No outside food or beverages are allowed onboard. Food and beverages are available for purchase on the cruise.

10. Photography and Recording:

• Guests consent to being photographed or recorded during the cruise. These images may be used for promotional purposes.

11. Cancellation and Refunds:

• In case of cancellation by Royal Kuching Cruise due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be provided.
• Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or voluntary cancellations.
