Explore the vibrant and bustling open-air vendor village, offering unique products, crafts, and merchandise from local artisans and businesses. Artisans and craftsmen proudly display their handmade creations, showcasing their skills in woodworking, pottery, textiles, and more.

5. Activities (Free entrance)
a) X-Games Thrills 
X-Games arena will provide heart-pounding action with thrilling extreme sports competition and demonstrations, including skateboarding, BMX, and more.
b) Tamiya Competition
Tamiya competitions between RC car enthusiasts are coming together to showcase their skills, creativity, and passion.
c) Auto Show Spectacular
Customized and modified cars show by Motor Maniac where owners and modifiers are eager to share the stories behind their creations – these include body kits, custom paint jobs, aftermarket wheels, lowered suspensions, performance upgrades, extravagant lighting setups, unique interiors, and audio systems that can rival a concert hall.
d) Fun Activities (Free entrance)
Engage in fun activities is a fantastic way to bond such as inflatable play zones, art and craft, face painting, golf stimulation by MST Golf, and more to explore.

• No refund will be given due to inclement weather. 
• Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
• NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE DATE OR TRANSFER will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.

• All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysian (RM). All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
• We recommend you to use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
• You may show your E-Ticket through mobile (QR code must be scannable) or print out with a clear QR code at the ticketing counter to redeem your entry stamp.
• Re-Entry Policy
• a. Re-entry to the event is allowed as long as you have E-Ticket
• b. All tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation / “No Show” Charges

• Event Organizer reserves the right to impose charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the  event of any last minute cancellation / “no show” on the day of arrival once a reservation has been  confirmed.

Additional Information

• Children aged 0-12 must be supervised at all times
• Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
• Prohibitions & Limitations
• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
• Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse, alter, amend, delete or add to the stated terms and conditions or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Event Organizer has the right to amend the Terms & Condition without prior notice.

The Event may involve certain risks and dangers, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, and emotional distress. These risks may be caused by various factors, including, but not limited to, the actions of other attendees, weather conditions, and the condition of the Event venue.

2. Release of Liability: 

You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with your attendance at the Event. You release the event organizers, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and all related personnel from any liability for any injuries or damages you may suffer as a result of your participation in the Event.

3. Personal Responsibility: 

You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the Event. You are expected to act responsibly and to comply with all event rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by event staff and organizers.

4. Photography and Media: 

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the Event organizers. Your likeness may be used for promotional or informational purposes without compensation.

5. Code of Conduct: 

You are expected to treat all attendees, staff, and performers with respect and consideration. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in your removal from the Event without refund.
