2. Enter E-ticket Number under the QR Code
   
   
3. "Right click" to download your e-certificate

• If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Bukit Bubus Paragliding Park, Besut Terengganu management has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Bukit Bubus Paragliding Park, Besut Terengganu may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
• In the case that we have to cancel the flight due to bad weather, you will be entitled to arrange for other days at your convenience OR you may request for partial refund. Ticket2u online processing fee 6% are not refundable. Please contact Bukit Bubus Paragliding Park, Besut Terengganu for more details.
• This paragliding experience is not suitable for kids below 4 years old.
• Participant are require to present their e-ticket(Printed/soft copy) confirmation & NRIC (MyKad) OR Passport at the counter for verification purpose.
• Confirmed registrations are transferable to any other persons.
•  Bukit Bubus Paragliding Park, Besut Terengganu Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any exhibits due to maintenance or stop operations during adverse weather conditions due to safety concerns.
• Bukit Bubus Paragliding Park, Besut Terengganu management reserves the right, at its own discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
