1. Registration fee is charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
2. Registration fee for seminar class includes refreshments only. Accommodation is NOT included.
3. Registration will be closed on 25th October 2023.
4. All payments MUST only be made through Ticket2U platform.
5. Borang tempahan pesanan kerajaan / Local Purchase Order (LPO) is NOT accepted.
6. All tickets are free seating, you are free to pick any available seat.
7. A e-certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants who have completed the Look & Learn class.
8. The organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants who register for the respective categories and participants may be required to provide additional proof of their status (eg. Staff ID, Student ID).
9. Participants who register for the wrong category may be denied access to the conference events or activities or are required to pay an additional fee to upgrade the registration.
10. In its sole discretion, the organizer reserves the right to decide on the participant’s eligibility and registration categories. Any decisions from the organizer are final.
11. Payment options include credit/debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD ONLY), online banking or e-wallet. After submitting the registration, your payment will be processed by Payment Gateway (Ticket2U).
12. It is advisable to arrive at least 15 minutes early for registration due to the large crowd, class will start on time at 9am.
International Participants – please ensure that 3D Secure has been enabled by the issuer of your respective VISA and/or MASTERCARD.
Without the 3D Secure enabled, your ticket purchase via VISA and/or MASTERCARD may not be successful.
What is 3D secure?

13. What will I receive after payment?
For every successful purchase, you will receive an SMS from Ticket2U and an email from Razer Pay and Ticket2U. The email contains payment confirmation, e-ticket and an embedded QR code.
The QR code is to be presented for entry at the event.
One (1) ticket admits one (1) person only.
For bulk ticket purchases (more than 1 ticket), the corresponding SMS from Ticket2U and Ticket2U will be sent ONLY to the Primary Purchaser.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Strictly no refunds and cancellations. For any reason you are unable to attend the conference, an email containing the substitution’s details shall be sent to the Secretariat as soon as possible (at least 5 business days) before the commencement of the conference, and substitution is only allowed within the same participating category.
2. The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
Admission to the Venue
1. Admissions are strictly reserved for registered participants.
2. Participants will be required to wear the name badge throughout the entire conference.
3. For any loss of a name badge, a chargeable fee will be imposed for issuing a new name badge.
Liability
The organizer will not be held liable for any personal accidents, loss or damage to or at the private property of participants throughout the duration of the conference.
