TICKETS
Tickets to all RE:GAL performances held at our venue are made available online from the day it is posted and closes 2 hours prior to show-time of the day.

ATTENDANCE
We kindly request that all patrons arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime. Come early, get settled, and enjoy your drink & light bites at your table before the show.
Please note, that smoking & vaping is strictly prohibited. Patrons who wish to smoke may do so at the designated areas.
SEATING
Guests who purchased tickets separately but wish to sit together may do so by sending a WhatsApp request at least 48 hours before showtime.
Please note that special seating requests may be difficult to fulfill but every effort will be made by our team to ensure that your requests are fulfilled.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We regret to inform you that once ticket(s) have been purchased, we do not entertain requests for refunds or exchanges.
LENGTH OF SHOWS
The show will start at 8:30PM and the performances will last for approximately 2 hours, however, this may differ with each artist and set.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
On show nights, RE:GAL offers a variety of bites and refreshments.
All tickets do already come with a choice menu but for any add-ons do feel free to ask any of our friendly team members for assistance.
DRESS CODE
We encourage all show-goers to dress up but there will be lots of dancing and moving so do keep it comfortable.
